My ideal place to see a Rockabilly show would be in a parking lot filled with cars, stages, vendors, pin-up girls and more. (Yes, I know this has happened many times before, but not in a few years and would love for it to happen again in 2017.)

Richard Romero’s band “Greasehound” has a lot going on already for 2017 with shows starting on Jan 14th from Westley Ca. all the way to Oct 7th Car show in Patterson Ca. Richard’s ideal place for a great Rockabilly show is anywhere the car shows are, unless there is a venue that comes up more amazing that that.

Amie Alton is one bad-ass stand-up bass player. She would love to play with more bands, tour in states that she has not had the chance to play in yet. Also, she’s looking for the chance to be a part of an album recording. Her favorite place to play music is the “Waterwheel” in Columbia, Ca, of which she boasts, “Brad always treats the bands great and has an amazing venue”.

Jack Avilano Sanchez from Johnny Devil & his Sins answers, “Well, my favorite place would have to be the Waterwheel in Sonora. They host my band frequently, as well as many of my favorite bands to see live. It is a really great establishment with a great environment and a high concentration on anything relating to Rock ‘n Roll, whether that be Rockabilly, Country, Punk Rock etc. They have hosted shows that included Little Johnny and the Sleepwalkers, Geronimo and the Scalpers, Roddy Jackson and many more”.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year in 2017!!!
