Hey Modesto! Happy April! With the arrival of spring, the city is buzzing with excitement. The warmer weather is a welcoming change. It definitely inspires me to get outdoors and I hope it inspires you too. The warm weather we are having makes me want to explore all that our vibrant community has to offer!
Recently, I have enjoyed going to our very own Vintage Faire Mall. There are about 174 different stores to shop at. Whether you’re on the hunt for the latest fashion trends or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, the mall offers something for everyone. It’s the perfect destination to spend quality time with friends.
Another place I love which is right next to the mall is BJ’s restaurant. My friends and I have been going there almost every week. The waiters are beginning to know us by name. Sometimes we go just for the Pizookies! They are definitely big enough to share. I love our downtown and the small businesses there, but I also love to stroll around our mall every now and then.
As a Senior I can see the end of my high school days fast approaching. There will be dress shopping for prom coming up. I recently checked out Allure Formal Wear. I went to their fashion show last year and was stunned by how beautiful all their gowns were. It left a lasting impression on me, showcasing an array of stunning gowns. I had to go and check out the store for myself. The show was held at Venue 833 and that building is gorgeous. It’s located downtown on 10th street. I am looking for something special for my senior prom, and I am sure to find it there. Allure is located at 1400 K St. Suite H, Modesto CA 95354. Enjoy the blooms and the sunshine and get out and explore our city.
