Tresetti’s Do Good Mule

Tresetti’s is the downtown Modesto original. They were there before the revitalization and they have been there on 11th St, since 1994 making sure we have fantastic food and drink that is world class. Yes friends, that’s why they call it Tresetti’s World Café. So let’s get right to this, they pour fantastic cocktails. I remember sitting with the late Mitch Maisetti drinking French Martini’s after we both returned from New Orleans. Now under the guidance of son Jordan Maisetti, this place is a true Modesto favorite and gets better each day. Tresetti’s has linked up with our friends at DoGood Distillery and they have created a fantastic drink that you need to try ASAP. Put this magazine down now and get going. We stepped up to the bar and Angela Work created this amazing Mule, so good in fact, that it is named the “Good Mule”.

Fresh cut ginger
Muddle limes
Modesto’s Cock N bull ginger beer
Finished on the rocks in a copper mug
After finishing this tasty treat, we asked Jordan, why Do Good for this drink? He said “We here at Tresetti’s love Do Good Distillery, not only for their varieties of liquors and their excellent flavors but for the fact that they are a local company that tries to use local products, much like us here at Tresetti’s”. Tour and tasting 9/24 from 5-7.
Tasting room hours are Thursday’s from 4-7 and Saturdays from 2-6.
