BB8’s Blunder
It is always an out of this world experience at the Redwood Café and Jedi Mixmaster Chris Hull has teamed up with his favorite driod. BB8 is one of the most faithful and capable droids, but he was a bit shy, so Chris has created w citrus forward, split spirit sour, that is like BB8 is bright white and orange. When BB8 tried this great cocktail, he found it to be a bit boozy and that was his blunder. Seriously, this is the most fresh taste you can get from a Do Good Nighthawk Whiskey blended with a DoGood 3 Mile Rum with Lemon Juice, Orange Juice and Curacao. Add bitters. The secret of this drink is the fresh egg white, shaken to a perfect foam. Once shaken, add this to the mix and shake until light and frothy. Pour into a Coup and garnish with a twisted orange peel. Chris explains, it may be frothy bright white, but it is big and boozy. Be careful and watch for Storm Troopers.
1 oz DoGood Nighthawk Whisky
1 oz DoGood 3 Mile Rum
1Ž2 oz Dry Curacao
Lemon Juice & Orange Juice
Egg White
Gin Barrell Aged Orange Bitters
Garnish with Orange Peel
Serve in a Coupe
