Summer Time Devine Southside.
Robert C Wilson and Scottie Maynard are the proprietors of the Devine Swine, Roseburg Square’s BBQ place that has become a neighborhood favorite. Robert and Scottie have worked in restaurants together for 20 years and finally opened a place of their own. Loaded with tasty BBQ treats, a fantastic BBQ smoker that turns out delicious ribs and brisket and even a new light menu, some of their specialties are an amazing cocktail menu.
This month, they are launching the Modesto’s only “Cocktail On Tap”, the “Divine Southside”. This is a refreshing summer treat, hand made, and blended with fresh limes, and features Do Good Distillery’s “Tiki Gin”. Friends, the Tiki Gin is amazing. This is a rum style gin, created with evaporated cane sugar juice and a special blend of Gin botanicals. You will love it. After being hand blended and placed in a keg, this amazing drink will be available at the pull of a tap. You have to love that. We sampled ours with a tasty new bruschetta from their new summer menu. So head on over to Devine Swine, enjoy the tasty BBQ treats and this amazing cocktail and more. You may discover a new favorite neighborhood hang out.
