Over the last year, we have been taking you out to local bars that serve Do Good Distillery spirits. This month is all about finding home and family so we take you to the the home of our favorite local spirits, the DoGood Distillery. This is one of the most innovative businesses in our area, co-founded by the late Jim Harrelson, whom we lost this summer. His wife Liz Harrelson is carrying the torch and his love for the fine crafting of spirits. This month, she takes us on a home tour with one of our favorites, the Cherry Ginger Mule. This has all of the flavors you love and that winter flavor that warms your insides.
Take a tall glass since you want to enjoy this for a while.
Add the Do Good Cherry Wood Smoked Whiskey over ice. Sniff the aroma
Add Cherry Ginger Beer and stir.
Add some lime and a Luxardo Cherry. This is really the cherry on top of this drink and brings out the flavor.

This month, take a trip to see how Do Good Spirits are made. The Tasting room is open daily, and you can experiment there. There are also Distillery Tours available too. You can purchase 3 bottles on site and you can even mix and match for a 10% discount.
