July should be another great month for local music in Modesto. On july 1st the Kickstarter Kickoff/Block Party party for a new local food truck called Purely Social will be happening from 5-9 on Alice Street Between Olive Ave and Orange Ave. Purely Social is a collaboration between the Serrano Social Club and Pure Love Bakery. So come out and enjoy fresh coffee from Serrano’s and great baked goods from Pure Love and well as food from Bauer’s 66 1Ž2 while you listen to Daniel Edward Harris, Poor House Millionaires and Love Core.
On July 19th the Thursday Night Ramble comes back from summer break with a great night of acoustic music Featuring Prof Maxx Smith. This will be our 35th Ramble event since we began last October and we are looking forward to many more to come.
Big Earl and the Cryin’ Shame are playing at the Cow Track in Oakdale on July 13th with special guests, Double Barrel Blessing. Then on the 27th we will be at the Barking Dog and T’s on the 28th.
