Happy Holidays everyone. I hope you all had as great of a year as I did and that next year will be even better.
December is here and there are some fun shows to see and hear this month.
Choose to get dressed up and hit Congregation Beth Shalom’s Latkes and Vodkas annual event on Dec 8th or relax at Tresetti’s and listen to one of the great solo artists playing there every Friday and Saturday night. Check out the event calendar at modestoview.com for more details.
I am happy to announce that the Poorhouse Millionaire will be doing a soft release of our first full-length recording, “Prevention Intervention” starting on Dec 11th. You will be able to find it on iTunes for $9.99. Sometime in January we will have some CD release parties where you will have the chance to pick up a physical copy if you would like.
This project has been a lot of fun for us and we are excited to see it go out into the world. There is a lot of heart, soul and sweat embedded into every song. We appreciate your support very much.
There are only three more Thursday Night Rambles at Deva Cafe left this year. Don’t miss your chance to pick up one of our Ramble T-shirts for yourself or as a gift for someone special this holiday season. The shirts are priced at $15 but you can score one for $10 with paid admission to any Thursday Night Ramble. The Ramble will be on hiatus from Dec 20th through Jan 11th to allow us to spend the holidays with our families and friends. We will be back to our old tricks on Jan 17th.
That’s all for me this month folks. Remember to keep your headlights on in the fog and your eyes on the road.I look forward to seeing you out at one of the many great music events happening all around town this month.
Do what you can to support the amazing musicians and other artists that make our city more vibrant and colorful. None of us can do what we do without you.
