One Purpose Needs You
We need our young professionals to live, work and stay in the greater Modesto area. We need to rally around CSU Stanislaus, our regions’ 4-year college campus. How does this happen? It starts with a combination of new jobs and a higher percentage of our population with college degrees. How does that happen? More kids need to have access to a college education and a degree. Having a college degree opens so many opportunities and if businesses know they have an educated work force, they will located here and grow. When we have jobs, our economy improves, unemployment and crime go down.
You can help. I am a proud CSU Stanislaus Alumni (Class of 84 – BCIS) I am a team leader for fundraising for college scholarships. I would like your donation to help kinds go to and stay in college. Important note: these funds go directly to students and help kids to gain access to a top rated education. Money magazine ranked CSU Stanislaus the No. 1 public university in the nation for helping students exceed expectations.
How cool is this? One Purpose will help us reach more kids and create a well educated work force and change our economy. It’s worth it.
