Deva Cafe 1220 J Street-Come on out for Sunday Breakfast, gourmet food, great coffee and some of the best music every Sunday 8am-12pm. Check out the large display of local art or pick up some local music. Queen Bean Coffee House 1126 14th Street-Tucked in off the beaten path but well worth it. Great Coffee, smoothies and other delights. Very comfy with a large outside patio. Mocha Magic 920 16th Street-Family owned Coffee and Sandwich Shop. Cofee(locally roasted) is good, sandwiches and soup are great and they also serve Ice Cream. Indoor and outdoor seating and quiet. No WiFi Open 7:30-4:30 Mon-Fri.
Heart & Soul Coffee 930 11th Street-Located in the old FatCat Lounge, Heart and Soul is new to the downtown landscape. If you just want a cup of joe you are in luck but like most of the cafe on this list, they take java seriously. Comfortable seating, well lit and high ceilings. Great place to get some work done or meet some friends. Free WiFi Open Mon-Fri 7am-5pm.
