Just 1 Donut Please Duncan Donuts is now open in Modesto. I’m not into sugary fried dough myself, but if you want to indulge; remember to enjoy your donut with control and moderation. It’s high in saturated fat and loaded with hundreds of calories. In fact, you will have to run a hard 4-6 miles to burn off one donut’s calories (depending on the donut size.) Add a latte with whole fat milk to it, your looking at as much as 1,000 calories and a 8-mile run for sure.

My advice, stick to a donut hole with some fat free milk and eat a nutritional breakfast that includes fruit. Your body will respond better during the course of your day as well as for your workout. Your heart will thank you for it. Cheers!
