Save Minnie’s

As you may or may not know, Minnie’s is one of our favorite places to eat and drink in the world, yes, the entire world. BUT, it is at risk friends. The new owners want to eliminate the kitchen. As regular diners there, this is a tragedy, but we are hoping we can save it. Shockingly, many people don’t know that their food is amazing. Best pot stickers ever, BBQ pork to die for, special fried rice, Mongolian beef, sizzling rice soup and so much more that has been served there since 1954. Not only do they have great Polynesian and Asian food, many have said that the best burger in town is at Minnie’s.
Plus, if you have regular cocktails like we do, you know you NEED to eat to make your evening go better. The new owners had planned to shut down the kitchen in October but relented to the end of the year. So friends, we need to you let the new owners know you want the food to remain at Minnie’s. Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in Minnie’s other than I love the place and it has been my fave spot since I was a kid. We need to keep these traditions alive and if the food part of this makes money, hopefully they will keep it open. A couple of Jerks require some food. Even if you don’t eat there, get it “To Go”.
