ModestoView News Letter

Greetings Friends!

Graffiti Summer is racing along.  Back to Graffiti was cruising’ at the Fruit Yard over the weekend and we got to see the first looks at the new amphitheater there. It’s going to be cool.

This week, we are ramping up to a 100 degree plus weekend, so make sure you plan on staying hydrated for all of the great events happening here in Modesto USA.   Don’t miss MoBand this week and you need to check out the LIVE Band Karaoke going down at Ralston’s Goat after Concert in the Park till 11. Everyone wants to be a lead singer right?

Music in the Plaza on Friday will bring you a Fleetwood Mac tribute treat and while you are there, check out the new Legends of the Cruise Walk of Fame markers.  So cool to recognize our Modesto Cruise Legends.

Do you love BBQ? We do! You need to check out Smoky’s as it is back and better than ever and the dogs, burgers and tri-tip will get your summer taste buds in gear.   Music, good food, art and great times are part of the Modesto scene and don’t miss the 3rd Thursday Art Walk and you need to check out the Modesto Blues Fest this weekend featuring the smokin’ hot Bill Clifton Band.

It is a high speed ride as we race through June, so make sure you take time to enjoy the cool things happening in our area.  Make sure you check out our amazing event calendar at www.modestoview.com and we will see you out and about.
