Greetings Friends!

WOW.  June has sped by like a hot rod car.  This has been a fun Graffiti Summer and we celebrate this weekend with the All American Car Show Saturday at the velvet Creamery and the 1st Annual Graffiti Con Sunday at the Modesto Center Plaza where our Graffiti culture meets our comic culture and so much more.  Where else could you see a Wookie racing a 57 Chevy?

These summer nights have been so nice, even when we have to beat the heat during the day and those evenings on the blanket for MoBand are the best.  Great times with great friends and family, hope to see you Thursday evenings.

This weekend it is going to be exciting in downtown Modesto as we get ready for Makers June crafting event at the Heart & Soul downtown and then we present PatioFest!  There will be nearly 20 cafes/restaurants opening their patios to local musicians and you can stroll from place to place, eating and drinking and it will be fun.  This is a free event, but please enjoy dinner and drinks at our downtown restaurants.  Downtown Modesto #domo is the place to be for fun events like this you can learn more at facebook.com/ModestoPatioFest.

We have a great city for walking and riding bikes so take some time to explore our downtown, our bike trails and ride to dinner or the store when you can.
