This time last year I had no idea that heart issues would be part of my life, but now they are. Fortunately, I did the research, got the help I needed and had a successful heart procedure that will hopefully get me back on track. That is why I am proud to be the Chair of the Leadership Committee for the local American Heart Association. It is my goal to promote heart healthy living and encourage our community to support these issues.
