Sean Koehn, chief intoxicant at The Goat takes a couple of our favorite morning tastes and mixes it with an amazing Modesto-distilled Do Good Distillery California Bourbon and teams it up with your best breakfast ingredients. “I always wanted to make a bourbon cocktail for the mornings, so bacon was the answer” he explains. So start your winter mornings right with this tasty treat.
Make this at your own house
2 oz smoked Applewood bacon infused Do Good California Bourbon
1/4 ounce Vermont maple syrup
A dash of bitters
Muddle orange peel
Garnish with orange peel.
Now you have a wonderful breakfast cocktail
