Well, Erin go Brach, as a Murphy, McNulty or if you are Irish, March is one of the most special times of the year. Heck, it is one of the best months no matter what you are.
This year, St. Patrick’s Day is on a Sunday. This is amazing and you can start your day early at P. Wexford’s Pub at 3317 McHenry where they will have corned beef and cabbage and the traditional favorites and a big MAMA Award winning outdoor party that goes on to the wee hours with music indoors and outdoors and even bagpipes. Twisted Pig will have a big party called Shamrocked, and the McHenry Mansion is even in on the action and get your green on there. You can also get your Irish on at a couple of pub crawls, and don’t forget to run up to Murphy’s on the 16th for Irish Day.
