What’s new with Jazz and the Blues News?

If you luuuv music you’re gonna love this

Fall is apron us and one of my friends John Griswold a smooth Jazz and world music promoter again has said he has done his last show!. It is hard to continue to do live music shows when we don’t have enough folks coming out to support the arts so please all you music and art fans please continue to come out and support some of the best in the arts we have right here in our community. I saw John’s last show with Richard Smith and Francesco Buzzuro, duo world class guitarists playing in an intimate garden party with good crowd, and heard good things about the show of Slim Man who played the Barkin’ Dog Grill to a good crowd so we hope we have not heard the last of John’s efforts on the music front. And don’t forget it’s MAMA time so get your vote in, rent your tuxedo and see who takes home the MAMA’s! Vote at www.modestoareamusic.com and vote for Blue Monday!
