The City of Modesto Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department is offering the most recent program released by the American Red Cross that teaches surveillance skills, scanning, victim recognition, stages of drowning, water rescue skills, spinal management, first aid training and professional rescuer CPR/AED. Register now to become certified as a lifeguard!!
Course will held Saturday & Sunday, May 12, 13, 19, 20 9am-4pm and Friday, May 18 4:30-7:30pm. Course cost is $225. Successful Completion will certify participants in American Red Cross: Lifeguard Training, First Aid and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer.
