2013 Youth Exchange Program – Modesto Sister Cities
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic students to be part of a life changing experience to travel abroad to Japan, France, Ukraine or Mexico!
Applications are being accepted now for your chance to do something AMAZING this summer. (please note that an extension has been granted for the deadline date)
The MSCI Japan Committee will select 10 high school students to take part in an exchange to Kurume from mid to late July. Kurume students will then arrive in Modesto early August. Modesto-area students who will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors in the fall are invited to apply. Modesto students who are accepted on the exchange are required to host a Japanese student.
The MSCI France Committee will select up to 4 high school or college students to take part in an exchange to Laval from the last two weeks of June to first week of July. Students from Laval, France will be here the second week of July through the first week of August.
The MSCI Mexico Committee will select up to 5 high school or college students to take part in an exchange to Aguascalientes during July or August.
The MSCI Ukraine Committee will select up to 4 high school or college students to take part in an exchange to Khmelnitsky from the last two weeks of June to first week of July. Ukrainian students will be here the second week of July through the first week of August.
