Let’s get together, yeah yeah yeah!
Gather with your neighbors and “give crime and drugs a going away party!” National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness and to provide an opportunity to promote and celebrate police-community partnerships in crime prevention efforts. These are fun events to link up and get to know each other. Many have food, kids stuff to do and a variety of special events such as block parties, cookouts, ice cream socials, potlucks and games.

Residents in neighborhoods throughout Modesto and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors.
Modesto’s National Night Out celebration will be held on August 1st, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
