The 16th annual Community Hospice Foundation Gala will take place on Saturday, May 20, 2017 in Oakdale, CA.
The “Great Gatsby Gala” fundraiser will benefit the terminally-ill patients and families that we provide care, grief and bereavement support to in our community, regardless of ability to pay. This is a wonderful way to support such an important cause. Many of your friends will be at this event that supports an organization that helps those in their most desperate hours when help is needed the most.

Modesto’s Third Party band will be performing, donating their performance to Hospice.
