December is the time to get creative with your words and phrases. Modesto-Stanislaus Poetry Center will host the 2nd Tuesday Poetry Reading featuring Meg Withers and Odilia Galvan Rodriguez on December 8 at 7:00 pm online and a Zoom invitation can be found on their Facebook page after December 1.

Contribute to the Modesto Poem, a community collaborative poem celebrating Modesto. Send a quatrain (a 4-line poem) about something you love/appreciate/think is pretty okay about Modesto to us at info@mostpoetry.org<mailto:info@mostpoetry.org> with MODESTO POEM in the subject line. Deadline is February 1. All who have attachments to Modesto are welcome to submit.
