April features a wonderful Pollinator Festival at the LaLoma Native Garden from 10-2 pm on April 13. Don’t miss the children’s Pollinator Parade at 10:15 so make sure your little pollinators are all dressed up. There will be exhibits from MJC, the City of Modesto, Great Valley Center, Native Garden Association, local crafters and you can even learn about how bee hives work and other great ideas to help our flowers and trees grow and bloom. We live in an agricultural area where we need healthy pollinators and the LaLoma Native Garden is a place where they can thrive.
