Have you been abducted by an alien? Really, I “seen” ‘em too!
There is something really cool happening here in Modesto over by MJC. There is an unusual time space warp that has created a hole in our solar system and a Portal has been created. Yes, this amazing place that by day is home to the Hope Haven West, a wonderful non-profit organization that supplies wheel chairs to people in central and south America, is by night, set to become a beacon of live music. Designed after the places like the Freight & Salvage in Berkeley, the Portal has already hosted some amazing live performances. This is a cool space with interstellar relics and hypnotizing black hole nebula.
Coming this month on November 21 is Francesca Bavarro opening for Bongo & The Point! Event is free, food & drink available for purchase. Doors at 6, Music at 7.
Event planners, please note this space may be made available to non-profits in the area and for cool events by Rotary Clubs etc. Great parking lot for food trucks and festival seating.
