A New Stanislaus State Reopens
By Ellen Junn – Ph.D. President, California State University, Stanislaus
Stanislaus State has exciting 2022 news! 70 percent of all courses are in-person and more students have requested to live in the residence halls this spring than last fall. Additionally, will host the grand opening of our newly renovated library–a stunning, open, technology-enhanced, collaborative space for our students, with a beautiful entryway mural that celebrates our Central Valley’s agricultural roots. In March, we are groundbreaking for our new Child Development Center with a STEM focus. We want to create CSUS entrepreneurs with our groundbreaking Warriors Entrepreneurship Initiative with our College of Business, generously funded by the Porges family. It’s also important to celebrate our remarkable faculty and students via our NextUp: Forward Thinking @Stan State series of interactive zoom forums, videos and articles featuring the ongoing work that continued during te pandemic. There are new developments at our Stockton campus as well. Everyone is invited to view our events calendar at www.csustan.edu/events<www.csustan.edu/events> for upcoming performances, choral concerts, workshops and much more. Happy New Year and Go Warriors!
