Hamburger is economical but if you want a mouthwatering, juicy, tender and flavorful piece of beef, a mesquite grilled rib-eye is the answer. The Society for disABILITIES plans to serve up 300 of the 14 ounce beauties at the Wild West Gala on October 17th. “We marinate our Angus steaks with a secret dry-rub for two days and then grill ’em over mesquite,” said Dave’s Meat Service. Diners will also enjoy a spring mix green salad with feta cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic bread and red potatoes with white garlic cream sauce. Facebook: Dave’s Meat Service.
