Thank You Vito!
I love our local businesses. These are the people that make our community thrive. When I was in high school, we had to sell advertisements for the Beyer Band Marathon and the first ad I ever sold was to Vito’s Tuxedos. That was back in 1977. Opened in 1972, Vito Baccelleri took over the business opened by his father in 1972. Since then, he has been helping our community dress sharp, outfitting countless people in tuxedos along with Sylvia Titus and his expert tailor team. Vito has donated to so many local organizations over the years, including the MAMA Awards and so many others. He donated most of his inventory to local organizations that help new job applicants. He has always been a great community supporter, member of Modesto Sunrise Rotary and has always been keen to volunteer and serve in Modesto. Modesto has always been keen to support Vito’s Tuxedo. We will miss this great local business that can be an example of how to do it right. Thanks Vito.
